Founder

International Medalist Mukesh kumar (Sadhak Mukesh) has been practicing Yoga since childhood, started with Bhakti Yoga under the supervision of his mother and then moved ahead. The sadhak has knowledge of different styles of yoga practices practiced throughout the world. Marvelous performer worked for WHO, Common Wealth Games, Dell, Ministry of Defense, trained Hundreds of Students in India and abroad. Worked for many govt. and private institutions. Ex-faculty Of Yoga, Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, Indian Red Cross Society, National Head Quarters, under Morarji Desai National Institute Of Yoga, Dept. of Ayush, Ministry Of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. In Vietnam, as a ‘Representative of Indian Traditional Yoga’. As a ‘Faculty of Yoga’ in RMIT International University.
